Troy was punctual (early, actually) and professional, and provided us options for the design of the closet space. He works with Elfa and The Container Store to place his orders, offering his clients a discount on the supplies. Products were delivered the same day as I ordered them, and Troy arrived a couple days later as agreed for the installation....Troy also suggested repainting the closet (which we did) and even recommended the color to match the rest of the bedroom and the closet system colors. The final result is very functional and has a least doubled our available space, if not much more. This year he organized a tag sale for 3030 Johnson Avenue, a cooperative apartment building of which I am board president. He was responsible for this event from conception, through planning, promotion and execution.
